Creating and Managing an Email Account (ईमेल खाता बनाना और प्रबंधन)
E-mail (Electronic Mail) is the digital method of exchanging messages, letters, and multimedia files between people across the internet.
Invented in 1971 by Ray Tomlinson (who also introduced the @ symbol for email addresses), email has replaced traditional postal letters for all formal communication, job applications, and official government correspondence.
1. Anatomy of an Email Address (ईमेल पता संरचना)
An email address consists of two primary components separated by the @ (at the rate) symbol:

Username (यूज़रनेम): The unique handle chosen by the account owner (e.g. sumit.sharma or mskinstitute).

Domain Name (डोमेन नाम): The email service provider hosting the mailbox (e.g. gmail.com, yahoo.com, outlook.com).
Important Rules: Email addresses are NOT case-sensitive (SUMIT@GMAIL.COM is identical to sumit@gmail.com) and CANNOT contain spaces!
2. Main Folders in an Email Mailbox
When you log into your email account, your dashboard is organized into standard folders:
Inbox (इनबॉक्स): The primary folder where all incoming received emails arrive. Unread emails appear in Bold font.
Sent (सेंट): Stores copies of all messages that you have successfully dispatched to others.
Drafts (ड्राफ्ट्स): Stores incomplete messages that you started composing but have not yet sent. Saved automatically so you don't lose your work!
Spam / Junk (स्पैम): Automatic quarantine folder holding unsolicited commercial advertisements, phishing scams, and bulk junk emails. Spam is automatically deleted after 30 days.
Trash / Bin (ट्रैश / कचरा): Stores deleted emails temporarily. If you accidentally delete an important email, you can restore it from Trash within 30 days before it is permanently erased!
Starred / Important: Allows you to mark critical messages with a yellow star for instant retrieval.
