Logical Operators
Logical operators combine multiple boolean expressions to make decisions.

Logical operators:
- and: Returns True if BOTH operands are True.
- or: Returns True if AT LEAST ONE operand is True.
- not: Reverses the boolean truth value.
Short-circuit evaluation:
